Had a great day today, I felt very good considering I worked very hard at the gym and I'm kind of happily surprised as it shows my body is recovering well. I was in college all day and racked up some good steps walking there and back.
Im now just relaxing after going round my friends and socializing. It was a really good night with everyone and my face is aching from laughing.
