Global REIT has released two tokens - GREM and GRET.

The first is cheaper and guarantees profit only once a year. The second is more expensive, but it is more profitable to buy it - because of the monthly dividends and the fact that in a few years the trust will pay its full cost (in addition to regular deductions).

If you have a property that is easy to lease, however it is difficult to sell. You want to sell, as quickly as possible. The solution is to apply to the Global REIT and notify trusts about their property. Naturally, they will want to invest in it, as real estate, and if it is for example in the shopping center - a payback investment, albeit in the distant future, with a high ROI.

In addition to all listed Global REIT will facilitate the purchase of foreign real estate, since the block is not constrained by state borders.
