According to Binance graphs, ARN altcoin has rised 106% till now and after ARN, BCPT with 85%, XVG 71% percent has rised today. In other words, under 1 $ altcoins are still helping investors to earn money in short term. However, as they rise with this huge amount, again they are able to fall down with same percentage.
