A companion of fools suffers harm. So our prayer is let our children know have good friends who will lead them to church, who will encourage them, hallelujah, in the faith, who will show them the goodness of the Lord, make them join the music, the sound team, music team, worship team in church, be active in the Lord as Jesus Christ. And notice that will introduce them to marijuana, to drugs, to alcohol, to stubbornness, to rudeness, to debauchery, to sexual things.
We refuse those friends. We refuse it by the blood of Jesus. We refuse such friends for our children.
Prayer point number 10, Romans chapter 8, verses 38 to 39. Nothing can separate us from the love of God. We are saying to the Father, let our children feel, feel, they must feel unconditional love and the love of the family and the love of the church and the love of God the Father.
Unconditional love. The children must feel it because you will find that with most children, it's all in the emotions, how you make them feel. And that's what is important, especially with the mother.
Make sure you make your children feel good. Make your children feel confident. Make by the words you say to them, how you relate to them, make your children feel they can do it.
Don't wait for somebody else to say to your child, all is well, champ. To call your child a champ, call your child a champ yourself. When my son leaves the house, I say, go well champ.
Drive well champ. You will make it champ. You can do it champ.
This is me below you. You can do better. You can achieve greater heights.
It's you, the mother, how you make your children feel. It's not just words that we say. Hallelujah.
Words are powerful. When you speak to your child, remember that you are speaking power into their life. It's not just words.
