And the day was literally pouring into human beings all day long and dealing with, you know, every single issue of their life and, you know, whether it be spiritual, academic, or, you know, friend related or emotional wounds, injuries, medical issues, those kinds of things, you know, it's just a lot.

So that, that is a challenge that I think mothers, we, you know, and we know that we are gifted with the ability to be multitaskers. I think it's because God knew, you know, that if moms are doing what I believe they're called to do, which is to be home with their children, it's going to require multitasking skills.

And finding that chance to have some time to yourself is quite a challenge. And for me, it was late. I, after everybody, I knew I was safe after about 10 PM, everybody was in bed.

I was married to a man who, you know, was an early bird. So by 1030, 11 o'clock, I had my time until about 2 AM. And it was quite my nice time.

So I'm really grateful for that. But anyways, now when I am doing patient consults with people, one of the things I always want to do, I'm not sure which one of you mentioned that about picking a worship song about trying to get yourself focused so you can learn to listen to God. One of the things I use to help train people how to do that is Hope Bars has a playlist.

I believe it's called Peace Be Still. But the first song in the, in the playlist is Peace Be Still. And then there's one called Set Free.

Then it goes to Promise Keeper, Sing My Way Through It, which is, you know, we're all having to sing our way through some things.

And Who You've Always Been, like you're this constant in my life.

And then a love like this is a incredible favorite of mine, because it is, you know, the love of God.
