As those who commonly visit my Share Your Battle posts, you know how I love using The Kraken. He's super strong with Taunt ability that can protect your back row so you won't have to think a lot about if your opponent would use Snipe, Opportunity or Sneak. That ability counters all of that.
For better or worse, I seem to have found the PERFECT 30 mana team composition. This is without any bias that I have currently 100% win rate with this line up when it comes to 30 mana. Of course that may change depending on the rules of combat but for standard 30 mana battle, I haven't had any loss yet. Not a single one
This may look like a biased post but believe me. I wanted to lose at least once so this wouldn't look hand picked but I never did. At least never lost when I put these guys in play.

The main character for this team is still The Kraken. His amazing stats allows him to be the sole tank of the team even allowing to take a full rotation of damage from the enemy team. His Taunt takes in all the damage disabling other's target and pressuring the opponent to hit him instead.
Merdaali Guardian and Scavo Hireling acts as a support restoring the health and armor or The Kraken respectively.
Deeplurker's role is that of an assassin taking care of the non-tank while occassionally executing the front line if The Kraken's damage was not enough.
Hardy Stonefish and Xenith Archer both acts as a fill that is interchangeable with other monsters.

Yes. The Kraken eliminates the need to prepare for monsters targetting your back row. You can focus on using monsters buffing your team which would increase your chance of winning as well.
Summoner: Bortus: Gives -1 magic damage to all opponents. Good against Earth elements to counter Obsidian.
The Kraken: The strongest monster in all of Splinterlands. Has high health and damage with Taunt ability to absorb all the opponent's attack.
Hardy Stonefish: Seems to be only a filler as the line up can still work on 29 mana without Hardy Stonefish.
Deeplurker: The other damage type on the team. Has opportunity ability so he can attack from the back while targetting the lowest health opponent.
Merdaali Guardian: Has Tank Heal to restore The Kraken's health. Since The Kraken has 14 health, Merdaali Guardian heals him for 4 health instead of 2. (14/3 = 4.66, Rounded up is 4).
Scavo Hireling: Has Repair ability that restores the monster with the highest damaged armor, which is most of the time, The Kraken.
Xenith Archer: Another filler. Has range damage to assist killing the opponent's front line.
Yes. While the Kraken is taking the brunt of the attacks, Scavo Hireling and Merdaali Guardian kept restoring his health and armor. This allowed him to survive until the very end.
Deeplurker was waiting for the perfect opportunity to kill multiple opponents both front and back which decreases the over all damage and in turn allowed Scavo Hireling and Medaali Guardian to have an easier life during that battle.
To me, the lineup is perfect but the fillers can be changed if you have or prefer the others:
