Thai food story yesterday [TH/EN]

My best dish is Laab Catfish, then Nam Tok Moo and Laab Moo Laab Moo, given at the end because it's a bit salty.

สวัสดีครับทุกคน
ตอนแรกก็กะจะข้ามเมื่อวานไปเลยนะครับแล้วก็จะมาเล่าเรื่องราวของผมในวันนี้แทนแต่คิดไปคิดมาเอาเรื่องเล่าเมื่อวานมาเล่าก่อนดีกว่าเดี๋ยวค่อยเล่าวันนี้ในตอนเช้าของพรุ่งนี้แล้วกันนะครับเราจะได้ไม่ขาดช่วงเนาะเรื่องเรามีทุกวันแล้วต้องเล่าทุกวันนะครับก็พยายามจะไม่มันขาดช่วงอะนะโอเคมาเริ่มกันเลยครับนึกก่อน
เมื่อวานนี้ผมเริ่มจากอะไรนะครับตอบแล้วกันนะครับภาพแรกเลยก็คือภาพของเมนูอาหารมื้อเช้าของผมนั่นเองนะครับเรื่องเล่าของผมนี่ไม่มีอะไรนอกเสียจากอาหารอย่างเดียวเลยนะใครที่ติดตามกันมาตลอดก็คงจะทราบดีนะครับว่าสายกูเนี่ยไม่ได้มีอะไรเลยนะส่วนมากแล้วส่วนใหญ่ก็จะเป็นเรื่องเกี่ยวกับเมนูอาหารทั้งนั้นเลยครับ
เมนูมื้อเช้านะครับก็เป็นเมนูสำคัญของเรานะครับทุกคนต้องทานข้าวเช้าเป็นมื้อที่สำคัญนะครับสำหรับการทำกิจกรรมต่างๆเนี่ยเราต้องทานอาหารมื้อเช้านะครับเพื่อที่มันจะได้ไปเลี้ยงสมองนะครับเมื่อเช้ามื้อแรกเนี่ยผมถามที่เวลา 6:30 น นะครับก็เป็นเวลาแทบจะประจำของผมเลยนะครับเวลานี้เลยนะก็เป็นหมูทอดนะครับวันนี้อร่อยเลยนะแล้วก็ไม่รู้นึงก็จะเป็นต้มจืดข้างที่จะมีเส้นเยอะมากเลยนะครับก็เลยทำให้มันดูดน้ำเข้าไปหมดนะครับมันก็เลยจะดูให้แห้งไปหน่อยนะครับซึ่งปกติแล้วถ้าเป็นต้มจืดแบบผมก็จะบอกคุณไม่ได้ว่าขอเป็นน้ำเยอะๆครับ
มันก็จะเป็นเวลาที่จะต้องออกมาเตรียมตัวสำหรับการเดินทางไปทำงานนะครับก็ช่วงเช้าเนี่ยในสวนเล็กๆหน้าบ้านของผมแล้วก็ของเพื่อนบ้านด้วยนะครับผมก็จะพยายามสอดสายตามองหาดอกไม้สวยๆครับเพื่อที่จะเอามาฝากเพื่อนๆวันนี้ก็โชคดีครับเจ้าดอกมะลิสวยๆมาฝากนะครับก็จะช่วงนี้ไม่ค่อยมีดอกไม้เยอะเท่าไหร่นะครับปกติแล้วถ้าเป็นประจำเลยของผมก็ฉีดดอกบัวนะครับแต่เนื่องจากว่ามันยังเช้าอยู่เลยยังไม่บานสักเท่าไหร่นะส่วนใหญ่เท่าที่สังเกตผมสังเกตดูว่าดอกบัวเนี่ยส่วนใหญ่แล้วเนี่ยจะบานต่อเมื่อมีแสงอาทิตย์ถ้าช่วงไหนที่แสงอาทิตย์ไม่ออกแน่แล้วจะไม่บานนะอันนี้เป็นความรู้สึกส่วนตัวนะครับแต่เรื่องจริงๆจริงมันก็จะเป็นอย่างนี้หรือเปล่าอันนี้ไม่ทราบเหมือนกันครับ
ตัดไปที่ทำงานกันเลยครับก็เดินทางไปทำงานผมก็ไปถึงที่ทำงานก็อยู่ประมาณสัก 7 โมง 40 นะครับเวลาเข้างานจริงๆได้ 7:30 น นะแต่ว่าผมลงเวลาเข้าทำงานที่บ้านแล้วนะครับจากนั้นก็วันนี้ภรรยามีขนมมาฝากด้วยนะครับมี 3 รสด้วยกันชอบตามนี้เลยนะครับก็เป็นขนมที่เอาไว้ทานกับกาแฟเหลืออีก 2 อันก็แบ่งเพื่อนๆผ่านครับ
ถ้ามาที่มื้อกลางวันต่อเลยนะครับเพราะว่าอะไรเพราะว่ารูปภาพผมมันเป็นอย่างนั้นนะครับเรื่องของงานเรื่องการทำงานเนี่ยส่วนใหญ่แล้วก็จะอยู่แต่ในสำนักงานนั้นก็จะไม่มีอะไรมากก็มีแค่งานข้อมูลทั่วๆไปที่ธรรมะมันก็เลยมีแค่รูปภาพอาหารที่ทานในแต่ละวันเยอะวันนี้ครับพอดีมีทีมงานอยู่หลายท่านเลยชวนกันทานอาหารไทยอีสานนะครับก็
สั่งน้ำยา 3 เมนูนะครับเมนูแรกเลยก็จะเป็นลาบปลาดุกนะครับเมนูที่ 2 ก็จะเป็นลาบหมูครับเมนูที่ 3 ก็จะเป็นน้ำตกหมูนะครับผมปักหลักคือเราเน้นหมูนะครับเราไม่เน้นเนื้อวัวเนื้อสัตตะอื่นครับเพราะว่ามีเพื่อนในชีวิตในกลุ่มที่เขาไม่ชอบทานเนื้อก็เลยสั่งมาเป็นประมาณนี้เมนูที่จัดว่าเด็ดที่สุดนะครับก็อย่างที่ผมไล่เรียงมาเลยไม่ใช่สิไล่เรียงมาเมื่อกี้เนี่ยเมนูที่เด็ดสุดของผมก็คือเมนูลาบปลาดุกจากนั้นก็เป็นน้ำตกหมูแล้วก็ลาบหมูลาบหมูนะครับที่ให้มาอยู่ท้ายแล้วก็เพราะว่าค่อนข้างที่จะเค็มไปหน่อย
แล้วไปไหนต่อไปต่อที่ช่วงเย็นมาจากไหนครับวันนี้มีฝนตกลงมาก็เอาเรื่องเหมือนกันนะครับตกปลาช่วงอยู่นะครับก็หนักหนาสากรรจ์การจราจรติดขัดก็มีภาพระหว่างที่ผมไปถ่ายเอกสารนะครับแล้วก็เป็นภาพของการจราจรที่กำลังเข้ากรุงเทพฯนะครับก็รถติดพอสมควรเลยนะครับถ้าฝนตกเมื่อไหร่เนี่ยการจราจรในเมืองไทยโดยเฉพาะแถวเมืองหลวงเนี่ยหนักเลยนะครับประมาณนี้เลยเท่าที่เห็นเนี่ยนะครับ
จากนั้นก็ฝนหยุดผมก็ยังไม่หยุดดีนะผมก็เลยกดเข้าไปเลยนะครับกลับบ้านเพราะว่าเดี๋ยวกลัวว่ากิจกรรมอื่นๆมันจะติดขับสะดุดนะครับเวลาเรามีค่าเนาะผมก็เลยลุยฝนกลับไปเลยกลับบ้านไปเปลี่ยนเสื้อผ้าก็มานั่งทานข้าวกันวันนี้เป็นยำวุ้นเส้นฝีมือคุณวิทยาฉันเคยแต่ว่าเตรียมเครื่องปรุงรสเป็นฝีมือแม่ยายเขาก็จะจัดการกันอย่างนี้ตลอดนะครับถ้าเกิดทำยาเมื่อไหร่ก็จะเป็นให้คุณลูกสาวเขาเป็นคนทำนะครับคุณแม่เขาเป็นคนเตรียมเครื่อง
หน้าตาก็ประมาณนี้ก็เป็นเมนูที่ถนัดของคุณภรรยาผมนั่นแหละนะครับเราบ่อยครั้งอยู่เหมือนกันว่ายำวุ้นเส้นฝีมือภรรยาผมเนี่ยชอบนะครับเป็นความถนัดของเขาแต่ไหนแต่ไรก็ทำแบบนี้มาให้ทานตลอดระยะเวลาหลายปีมานี้นะครับก็ยังคงอร่อยเหมือนเดิมนะครับ สำหรับเรื่องราวน้ำตาของผมเมื่อวานก็ประมาณนี้ครับเรื่องราวในวันที่ 4 กุมภาพันธ์ 2022 แล้วเจอกันใหม่ครับ ขอบคุณสำหรับการติดตามจนถึงบรรทัดสุดท้าย
