This is Kojak242 a roaming soul from the United States. My motif is mostly travel related stories with added tips and tricks. Simple stuff, bicycle, canoe, boat, hiking and car trips. Perhaps trips and adventures you've always wanted to do but lacked the time or motivation to bring to fruition. Perhaps you're looking for tips on biking in Illinois or going to Wrigley Field for a Cubs game. Maybe you're going to Niagara Falls and want know where to park. Hopefully you'll find some useful and fun information. At least you'll meet a kindred spirit and that's worth a lot!
My first comment is if there's something you've always wanted to do, then do it! We here in the U.S. are way too hung up on working and making the government and our bosses rich while we work for peanuts and wait for our vacation so we can run off and spend our hard earned money making more people rich.
Stop it! If you take 5 minutes to think about it, you'll discover that this system is designed to keep you in line and obeying until you get too old to do anything about it and just want to sit in a recliner and wait for a pension check. I'm not criticizing you if that's what you seriously desire but me, not happening, I'm going to die with the pedal to the metal and completely worn out. No arm chair quarterbacking here.
