I have been noticing a rise in posts that are mini lotteries.
These kind of lottery post are ruining the community. In fact I am frustrated and fed up with EVERY SINGLE POST TRYING TO EXPLOIT THIS WONDERFUL TECHNOLOGY CALLED BLOCKCHAIN TRYING TO MILK IT FOR A FEW SHINY NICKLES.
Way to turn this forum into a way to enrich yourselves, you know you are greedy when you can use your 20/20 tunnel vision to look straight past the great ideals of blockchain innovators and the powerful concept of massive decentralization to spot a chance to make a few lousy dollars more for yourself... This TUNNEL VISION IS NOT A SUPERPOWER AND YOU ARE NOT SMART FOR THINKING OF THINGS LIKE THIS.
I am frustrated and I want to get mad every time I see this but I would be a hypocrite for preaching this...
FULL DISCLOSURE:
When I started my blockchain adventure over a year ago I was just as greedy as the worst ones out there I think.. I certainly didn't think about anything but making big bucks and didn't care for a second about the ideals the ambitious and intelligent individuals developing this great technology had. I didn't care about how this technology could ACTUALLY be an innovation that can help the world move toward a more sustainable direction. I didn't care about anything besides using this technology as my personal golden goose... I didn't care about anything but myself. PERIOD.
Months ago I made a choice when I experienced 2 major ways of approaching blockchain and the crypto revolution:
This is the choice I ultimately didn't make, maybe I would have embraced it were it not for the kind and intelligent people that chose to help me without asking anything in return.

2)People that had nothing to gain from helping me taught me most of what made me succesful(not rich but I did well, I did well because I got help from kind people who expected nothing in return from me)
Today I am educating a friend about blockchain. I have already taught 2 friends before him and I plan to do this for as long as people like my teachings and for as long as people keep choosing the first option.
This is what I fondly call
Help others to understand the power behind all this exciting technology. I would have chosen the first option had I not been given all the help I got, so NO BY NO MEANS IS THIS A POST ABOUT HOW EVERYONE SHOULD BE LIKE ME. Because in the end I would have chosen the easy path(nr 1) if nobody had taken the time to help me and educate me about the power of blockchain.
If we all try to spread our knowledge to just 1 person we know... well I think great things can be achieved very fast.
