The art work was created in the year 1928 by Rene Margitte. It shows two people who are kissing each other through veils. The art as been used to symbolize sexual frustration between two lovers. This is because they cannot see each other and they cannot feel each other too. On the other hand one can also inter-prate the art differently. A number of people are also suggesting that the art has been used to show two people who do not love each other but have been locked by society believes and traditions.
