The festive period is here ,the Christmas is around the corner and the world is happy that Christmas is here , alot of Christmas plans going on , alot of Christmas shopping have started already , alot of discounts at various shopping malls , many people are already preparing for their Christmas holiday and they can't just wait to see the Christmas day..
Of course all these preparations would at least involve some cash because we need to make some financial commitment to be able to do those Christmas shopping, to be able to go on that Christmas holiday , to be able to go on special outings with our loved ones etc.
Spending money to celebrate Christmas is a wonderful thing because it is a special occasion and it deserves to be celebrated but please while we are celebrating we should cut our coat according to our size ,we should spend only what we can afford , we should spend based on our financial capabilities, we should not get into debts because we want to celebrate Christmas..
If your financial capabilities enables you to be able to budget only $200 for Christmas celebration then stick to it and use it for the celebration , do not go and spend beyond that because you want to impress people during Christmas celebration.., only spend what you can afford to spend , do not over-spend , remember that after Christmas life will continue, so you do not want to spend all your money on Christmas then now go broke the following day and start regretting on why you spent too much money that you cannot afford..
We can enjoy your Christmas with whatever little money we have, staying happy and spending wonderful time and having fun on that day is what should matter to us and not the amount of money we spend, yeah I know when there is more money to spend it broadens more options to select from for the Christmas celebration, but we can still enjoy the Christmas no matter how small our budget is..
I noticed that many people tend to complain about January as a month that makes them get broke , January is not the problem, the problem is that many people have engaged in over-spending during the Xmas celebration and it had negative impact on their finances , so they entered the new year with debts and so the January seems to look longer than expected because they have spent too much the previous month..
I do not know the way you want to celebrate your Christmas or what you plans are, but while making the plans just ensure that you do not hurt yourself financially because you want to engage in Christmas celebration..
You can enjoy the Christmas even with any little amount that you have , just manage your resources in a way that you can, spend on what you can afford and then stick to your budget ..make plans on how to use the budget and make sure you do not go beyond it..
