Paksiw is one of the filipino dish in which fish is cooked in salt and vinegar and spiced with siling mahaba. It is more delicious when you add a lot of onions garlic and ginger with pepper.It also includes vegetables like bitter melon, egg plant and okra! You can also try it in meat like lechon paksiw. This is a quick and easy seafood dish that filipino's prepared for everday meals.
