I didn't want her to reach me for a while, so I stylishly blocked her, and after a while, I unblocked her. During the time I was blocking and unblocking her, I didn't bother to message her, even after I unblocked her, but I knew she might have messaged me while she was blocked, and the message didn't deliver.
After some weeks of unblocking her, I received a message(Hi) from her, and I just knew a battle was about to go down.
"Hey! Good evening. Longest time. How have you been? I'm sure you've been good. So sorry in case you messaged me and it didn't deliver, my phone had some software issues and it was so bad that I stayed off most social media." I tried as much as possible to use one stone in a very smart manner to kill two birds with my reply to her.
"Okay, I have heard you. But I think I was blocked though because I messaged you and everywhere was blank." She replied and I firmly covered up the scenes with sweet talks. We continued chatting, and within a short while, I made a screenshot of our conversation to point out an error I was having on my phone. Immediately I dropped the photo to her, I remembered that I had also screenshot You unblocked this person.
Yehhhhh!
I quickly deleted the photo. I made sure I used the "Delete for everyone" option to do that, but it was already too late because she had seen the photo. I knew hell was about to let loose. For about 6 minutes, everywhere remained mute while I kept typing void. Like, I kept typing just to make it appear on her end that I was typing, but meanwhile, I was typing rubbish that I wasn't going to send to her. I knew I had messed up. She understood the scene too, or maybe she didn't actually notice the "You unblocked this person." We didn't communicate again that evening. And there has been peace too.
