I give updates on this exchange since its the oldest one running (well, now due to legal issues changed name) and even FBI wasnt able to kill it. These guys just deserve respect and traffic.
Gemini just have raised fees for small users (check my previous post) so its woth to mention http://wex.nz as cheap and secure place for small (or big!) trades.
As you see they have a few pairs with RUR fiat which is not that usual
Before FBI shut them down, it was top exchange for LTC trading. Now they are getting their users back slowly. So far the redeemed those tokens that FBI took when seizing servers.

As long as you dont need FIAT exchange is fully anon for deposits and withdrawals. If Gemini is too expensive, Wex may be a spot for you.
