"Oh no no no!! , not this shirt man!". Jeff screamed.
Jeff was a handsome young man in his mid twenties, heavily built. He was 6'5, with broad shoulders that could compete with that of a wrestler. Bumping into him would be like bumping into a standing rock covered with fine flesh. His chest was as if it was sculpted by the ancient Egyptian artist. His baby face shines bright with a slightly V shaped chin. Giving him the face of a model. Though he isn't one. He reeks of authority and also a total jock.
He just burnt his favorite shirt. In his quest to show off his dancing skills to the loud hip hop song banging on his speakers. The walls of the building was literally dancing to the tune too. A deaf man was sure to hear the sound of the music from miles away. But he didn't care. He was in a happy mood today. He got carried away and forgot he was still ironing his clothes until his senses were called back by the smell of burning cloth. He switched off the music and sniffed. Anybody who saw him then would wonder if the sense of smell has been shifted to the ear. Before he could get to his precious cloth. It was burnt already. He grumbled and threw the clothes away.
Just then a knock came at the door. He gently walked down to the door and opened it. On the other side of the door dressed in a light blue fitted gown was Mariah, his girlfriend. He was happy. Happy to see her. Happy at almost everything. She was beautiful in that dress. Looking like a teenager dressed for a prom night. That was her girl. The girl he fell in love with. He smiled at her. They had a dinner date.
"Jeez! Jay, do not tell me you're not yet ready?." Mariah said, shoving him aside and walked into the room. She dropped the bags of groceries in her hands at the kitchen table and came back to the room.
Just as Jeff, Mariah was a beautiful girl in her early twenties. Though not as Jeff if he was a lady. She had a beautiful blue eye, with a skin like it was made out of milk and honey. They have been dating for a while now.
"I'm… I'm done, let me just grab a shirt and the car keys. I'll be right back." Jeff replied, he kissed her and he dashed into his room to wear another shirt. Just right at the door of his room he turned and winked at the already blushing Mariah.
Mariah could not help it but stare at this mountain of a man as he walked into his. She smiled. How can a man be so handsome?. Oh was she not lucky to have him. He has every feature that makes him a dream man of every lady or so she thought. Just like he was created out of a fantasy dream game, by a desperate woman. She was sure God must have added every ingredient required in creation to carve out this beauty of a man. She drooled. And to top it all up. Over the years they've been dating he has been the best boyfriend a girl would ever ask for. So caring, loving, kind and most of it all she has never caught him with another girl. She recalled bragging to her friend that her man can never cheat on her or get a girl pregnant after one of her friends' man got a girl pregnant. She had seemed so proud and sure that day that her friends felt she was mocking them. And up until now Jeff has not misbehaved.
She sighed and dumped herself on the couch beside her right in the sitting room . Jeff was taking a long time to finish. Just then a phone rang. She hurriedly searched her phone. It wasn't hers. She looked around and found Jeff's phone right in the sitting room center table. It was ringing.
"Hey babe, your phone is ringing" she called out but was met with no response from Jeff. "Babe!!" She called again.
She walked up to the phone, 'My plumber' was clearly written as the caller. She let it all ring. As she was about to turn and head back to the kitchen, a message notification popped up the phone from the same caller. 'My plumber'. She picked it up .
"I'm pregnant and you're responsible" the message read.
