When I was in the countryside in Norway, I often saw horses next to the house, but nobody was horseriding. Never ever. Then I realised that possibly they are only pets there like dogs or cats. Later I saw some smaller ponies as well, but had no camera. It had really funny short legs and it's size was like a dog! So almost useless around the house :)
This is a kind of "fjord pony" I guess.
