I just finished a 4.06km running that lasted about 0hh:32mm:2.711999999999989ss !
Hi guys, today's weather was wet and cool at 28 degree celsius in my hometown. I ran 4km at easy pace at the park near my place and called it a day. As usual 1 cup of long black coffee and a piece of dark chocolate 30 minutes before my training.
