I just finished a 6.122km running that lasted about 0hh:50mm:19.213999999999942ss !
Hi guys, today's weather was wet and cool at 28 degree celsius in my hometown. I ran 6km at easy pace at the park near my place and called it a day. As usual 1 cup of long black coffee and a piece of dark chocolate 30 minutes before my training.
