I just finished a 8.023km running that lasted about 1hh:3mm:21ss !
Hi guys, today's weather was hot and humid at 25 degree celsius in my hometown. I ran 8km at easy pace in my neighborhood and called it a day. Road running at my hometown was quite dangerous as some street lights were out of order, so I usually run before 6pm.
