I just finished a 8.224km running that lasted about 1hh:7mm:21.93000000000029ss !
Hi guys, today's weather was hot and humid at 28 degree celsius in my hometown. I ran 8km at easy pace in my neighborhood and called it a day. Since the implementation of movement control order in Malaysia, no park is allowed to open for public. So, road running is he only option if I wan to to keep running. Stay safe everyone!!
