I just finished a 7.192km running that lasted about 0hh:55mm:41.0ss !
Hi guys, today's weather was hot and humid at 28 degree celsius in my hometown. I ran 7km at easy pace in my neighborhood and called it a day. Road running at my hometown was quite dangerous as some street lights were out of order, so I usually run before 6pm.
