I just finished a 4.092km running that lasted about 0hh:35mm:50.0ss !
Hi guys, today's weather was hot and humid at 28 degree celsius in my hometown. I ran 4km at easy pace at the park near my place and called it a day. I planned to run 8km but the park closed at 7pm due to covid 19 restriction. As usual 1 cup of long black coffee and a piece of dark chocolate 30 minutes before my training.
