I just finished a 3.095km run that lasted about 0hh:22mm:43ss !
Hi guys, today is Public Holiday in Sabah, and the weather is hot at 29 degree Celsius, so I just ran an easy 3km at the the park. As usual 1 cup of long black coffee accompanied by a 1 piece of dark chocolate.
