I just finished a 7.21km run that lasted about 0hh:54mm:9ss !
Hi guys, today's weather was super warm at 30 degree Celsius at 7.00pm, so I just ran an easy 7km at the park. As you can see, there were many people doing some tai chi exercise at the background. As usual 1 cup of long black coffee accompanied by a 1 piece of dark chocolate.
