One of the greatest restaurant I had been for the year where the food and ambiance was just right. This was Hutaoli, a chain music and bar restaurant opened around the globe. The restaurant operated in a way that it was very interactive with their customers through music engagement. Customers can submit their song list and the singer will sing it live. In the meantime, they have this game whereby you can scan the QR code and access to the page to play the game together. The game is shaking your phone as much as possible to get the most shakes. The prize is different kind of drinks and there will be three winners. Very interesting and get the whole restaurant heat up. This is a place where me and my wife met up with my relatives in Shanghai.
The deco was just amazing.
Different kind of seatings for different kind of interaction. We sat near to the stage and get to have more engagement with the singer and the stage. While there are corner, more private space for drinks too.
The infamous MaLa soup with chicken.
Nice dragonfruit drink, a dry and cold night. Apparently, Shanghainese don't like cold weather!
And holy moly, we tried the DURIAN pizza in China. The taste was unexpectedly smooth!
The best of all is their chicken wings.
Too much of rice though for the squid black texture.
The dessert was so so.
