Or even, what is your ideal breakfast? Mine would have to be a high quality hotel buffet breakfast. I usually wake up hungry in the morning and would eat so many different things if I didn't have to worry about cooking and cleaning up. A trip to Queensland not too long ago meant I had a buffet breakfast with eggs benedict, hash browns, bbq pork buns, croissants and other pastries, and of course coffee.
My regular breakfast at home however is eggs (has been as little as 2 or as many as 6 over the past couple of years), either scrambled with a little olive oil, or fried on a non stick pan (no butter or oil). I also have seeded/grain bread with butter.
Why am I taking about breakfast? Because I'm not good with small talk when meeting new people and I find asking someone "what did you have for breakfast" leads to a much more interesting conversation. Breakfast can be a ritual for some people and other people just don't eat it (weirdo's), but they usually have an interesting reason behind it.
So what did you have for breakfast?
