Here are some extra shots around my previous post and long exposure shot.
Here is the location with the lighthouse on the left and the spine leading into the sea to the right. The walk down isn't so bad but coming back up is a bit of a work out.
A handheld shot from the end if the spine with the waves breaking on the distant rocks. I would have liked a long exposure shot from up here but the wind was too high. Even holding my tripod down so it didn't blow over wasn't enough to get a steady shot at 1/2 sec
Going off to the side knocked out the wind and allowed for long exposure shooting. This shot is a shorter exposure of the waves and motion. The composition is the same as the 90sec exposure in my previous post
Heading back up towards the lighthouse after the sun had set. The wind had changed and we were no longer sheltered. To get even a handheld shot here I was shooting at ISO1600 and F4 with my elbow pressed against a rock for support.
