Shao Mai（烧麦）is a kind of steamed dumplings which is popular in the south of the Yangtze River in China. In Shanghai, you may find this dish in many food stalls, but Gu Yi Wan（顾一碗）is the first chain restaurant which launches Shao Mai on its main menu, and their Shao Mai is definitely the most delicious in Shanghai. Here, Wonton（馄饨）is also recommended. In summer, the sesame butter mixed sauce is more appetizing than dumpling soup. It is a price valued restaurant and highly recommended.
