MY XI FOR THE MATCH
Man this H2H match against Kin was one of those games where you can just feel the sweat from the first second, I queued into the match and saw his team 676 OVR and my team was slightly lower but I didn't care because I was running my trusted 4-3-3 Holding formation which has been working for me lately, the game kicked off and within 15 minutes I was already up 1-0 with my 116 LW Raphinha, that card is honestly broken this season in FC Mobile, he picked up the ball on the left wing, did a quick cut inside past his defender and just smashed it in, you can literally see in the clip at 15:02 the scoreboard says Kin 1 - 0 676 and my Raphinha card pops up with the green goal notification and he's celebrating in that Spain red kit with number 11 with one hand up in the air like he owns the stadium, and the whole crowd with ESPAÑA banners in the background was going wild, I was like okay this is my game now I have to stay locked in.
Then the second goal came quick at 21:45 and it was my main man 119 ST Aguero, I remember the build up was so scrappy because his defense with Upamecano and Grimaldo was pressing me but I managed to keep possession with Olsen and Rice in the middle, I played a through ball to Aguero who was making that diagonal run behind his last man, his pink keeper came out rushing and I just kept calm and placed it low corner, the GOAL animation popped again with Aguero's Icon card and the score became Kin 2-0 676, his player did that jumping celebration and I even got the replay where he did that bicycle type thing in the Spain kit, at that point I thought I had the game in the bag but this is FC Mobile H2H bro you can never relax because one mistake and they come back, I switched my defending to AUTO and started using second defend and hard tackle and slide more because he was trying to abuse Olise and Muller through the middle.
He did pull one back before halftime making it 2-1 and I started to get that nervous feeling you get when you know the opponent is good, Kin wasn't just passing around he was actually using skill moves and sprint, but right after second half kickoff around the 56th minute I hit him on a crazy counter attack that I will never forget, I won the ball with Rice as my holding CDM, passed it to Muller who turned and found Raphinha on the wing again, I used the Sprint & Skill button and just burned his Walker, cut inside and instead of shooting I squared it to Muller who was free in the box and tapped it in for 3-1, I literally stood up from my chair because I thought that was game over but bro literally 2 minutes later in game time like 62nd minute he scored a banger from outside the box with his midfielder, making it 3-2 and my chat was spamming, my heart was beating so fast because this is exactly how I lost last season's rank push, I could see his team pushing high and my defenders Upamecano and Agüero were getting tired.
The fourth and final goal that made it 4-2 was pure clutch mentality, it was like 82nd minute and the game was end to end, he was attacking with everything, I was just defending with SWITCH and SLIDE and CLEAR buttons, I had my joystick pulled back defending deep, then I got a goal kick, passed to Grimaldo, Grimaldo to Olsen, Olsen to Rice, Rice turned and played a long through ball to Aguero who held it up against two defenders, he laid it off to Raphinha who was again free on the left, I dribbled into the box, did a skill move and his defender dived in with a slide tackle and missed, I passed it low across the goal and Aguero was there for his brace, 4-2 and that was it, game over, you can see the whole match stats I had more possession and more shots on target, his 676 OVR didn't matter because my finishing was just better that day and my 4-3-3 Holding with Rice and Muller as double pivot just controlled the tempo, I saved the clip because that last goal was so satisfying after all the pressure.
Honestly this win means so much to me because I have been stuck in Legendary division for like two weeks and every time I get to 2-0 I choke and lose 3-2, but this time I stayed calm, didn't force passes, used PASS and THROUGH wisely and didn't spam SHOOT from 40 yards like I used to, my Raphinha with 116 OVR got a goal and two assists and Aguero with 119 got two goals and was man of the match, beating Kin 4-2 in a pro H2H match is not easy because that guy was definitely a pro with his custom tactics and quick switching, the EA SPORTS FC MOBILE triangle transitions and the stadium with ESPAÑA flags made it feel like a real La Liga game, I am definitely keeping this gameplay for my YouTube montage because it shows how you can come back from pressure and still win 4-2 even after conceding two goals, that's the mentality you need in FC Mobile if you want to push to FC Champion.
