This is a comics that I made for the Pinky And Spiky Drawing Contest of @organduo and @laputis. This week the situation that we should depict is about Spiky at the car registration office. From how I understand it, an emission testing is a requirement for vehicle registration or renewal. That is my topic for my entry : emission. It is a deadly kind of emission 😂.
