Hello Guys !!
Today i'll discuss a little topic about companies Love or others call "2nd home".
Well others of us grew from a normal family, our parents working from 8am to 5pm, having enough food for our plate, sometimes getting new garments, not having a fancy things coz were thinking about tomorrow. I know youre thinking how about others grew up with a rich family or with business minded family, they are very lucky right coz they can have anything they want.
Lets start this when we finish our Studies, What are the first things we usually think? Right looking for a right job. but how can we have a right job if we doesnt have any experience?
APPLYING FOR WORK
It is very difficult to find a job for a fresh graduate, you need to be more competitive to other fresh graduates. Imagine you will impress the company on your "CURRICULIUM VITAE" and how you will answer their questions, they will rely on your answer if you will pass or fail the interview.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply from any companies, you know Why?? Coz they doesnt have idea or knowledge on what they will do inside the company and for the position their dealing . Meaning the company will guide them on how to bring out the skills they have and as a newbie you will do all the work that are given to you to in 100% performance. Hoping that they will acknowlegde what youre doing inside the company.
In addition to this, When youre a newly hired you need to impress youre boss atleast 6 months time that is youre "PROBATIONARY PERIOD" before you become a "REGULAR EMPLOYEE".
I also come to all this stages, i fail some interviews. Not all of us will get the job we studied in college. believe in or not coz not all the qualified job for a certain fresh graduate is open. So we need to find a way to have an experience. Just like me, I used my diploma to look for job that wil fit to my qualification and their needs.
Working as a Probitionary employee is a little bit exhausting, Coz you need to give your 100% dedication for you to pass that Proby period, in that time youre Superior or Boss will determine and grade your Punctuality, the way you dress ,the way you get along with workmates and how you handle the work given to you.
Coping with the Environment
Just like in our house, The company we are working have house rules. We need to comply in everything they want to have an organize working environment. We must respect all employees from our boss to the cleaners. We are all working and paid to work, dont be little others. We must help each other to have our working place a healthy office.
SETTING GOALS
Working is good coz you'll earn some money after a certain period of time, you can buy things you want, you can eat in your favorite restaurant, you can watch movies and treat family too. the question is until when we are gonna be working? 40 , 50 or until 60. until we are old that we only enjoy when salary comes.Think again.
We need to have goals , invest while you are young, Save money to the bank, Know some freelance work. Then make a chart that when you reach that age you will have a certain goal. Like a House, Car, Life insurance and Money to have a business anything that will secure your future.
Its alright to enjoy anything when we have money, but we need to think that we are growing old also need to save some for our future. we never know until when our company loves us. So start saving and think about what you will do in the future.
Dont ever rely on the company youre working, You will never know when they start unloving you. So better be a smart guy to think that first and make a move. be a diamond that any one dreams to have.
