Hello, my art lover's family nice to meet you again, and welcome to my new artwork, today I want to share a drawing of a hyena that I made using colored pencils, actually I'm still learning to use colored pencils, I think using colored pencils is difficult if you don't understand coloring and gradation techniques like I'm still learning, I admit that I'm a bit difficult to combine colors to make it look more real, but of course "it's never too late to learn" right?.
My object is a hyena, actually, this drawing is a continuation of my previous post, for some reason, I suddenly thought of drawing a hyena.
According to Wikipedia, hyenas belong to the family of mammals and carnivorous animals and are not found on the American and European continents. at first glance, their shape looks like a dog but biologically they are closer to the cat family.
Process
Make a grid with a pencil and start sketching determining the proportions of the drawing.
Finish sketching using a pencil
Starting coloring with colored pencils, I used classic Faber Castell colored pencils.
