Hi, long time no see
After finishing all the busy office work, I will continue to post on my account, this is my first post in 2023, I hope this is useful.
In this post I want to share a design from a house for the elderly.

Why does the elderly need a special home?

we know that the elderly have limitations and decreases in terms of health, so with the right home design it can make it easier for the elderly when they are active, more active activities will be spent at home because most of the elderly have retired from their main job so it is an honor to give they are a comfortable home with easy spatial relationships.

Actually, I have been working on this house plan for a long time and it only occurred to me now to share it, I started making the 3-dimensional design of this building on January 11, 2023 and finished three days later.

I use the 3Ds Max 2018 + V Ray 5 application, everything is a bit slow because I use a PC with a Ryzen 3 3000 series processor, 4 Gb 2666 Mhz Ram and the default GPU processor (AMD Radeon).
To render one frame with HDTV resolution, I have to wait around 59 minutes, sometimes up to 1 hour.

So to shorten the rendering time, I have to change the size and type of resolution to be smaller, so that you can see that the rendering of the animation in my video is less than optimal, but that's okay, because basically I want what I know to be known by other people. and useful.
