Toxophora amphitea is a species of fly belonging to the genus Toxophora and the family Bombyliidae. This fly is also part of the order Diptera, class Insecta, phylum Arthropoda, and kingdom Animalia. These flies usually feed on the nectar and pollen present in the flowers.
