My first experience with blockchain gaming was through a friend @bhoa, we had met up last year and he raved a bit about splinterland and Dcity.
While we hung out, at intervals he would tell me he needed to buy a card or check a card and well I didn't understand the concept of it at all and at that time I didn't even bother to.
During the period we hung out, I saw him make a reasonable amount of money because well, he chose some good cards and it was profitable, this whole thing still felt like a foreign concept to me, and like most foreign concepts I walked away from it.
Last month, I decided to come back to hive and as the curious cat that I am, I clicked around and discovered the gaming blockchain one night, I already was a big lover of games because growing up with three elder brothers I had a lot of experience with games so I thought "hey, I can do this", well turns out splinterland was harder than mortal Kombat and more complicated than I credited it to be so I logged off.
Next, I opened an account on Dcity and My verdict is to simply try out Dcity after I had settled on hive and see how it goes.
As someone who considers herself a gamer to an extent, I do know that my goals of thriving in the gaming blockchain of hive would happen sooner than later and for now, I am going to gather all the knowledge I can.
Thank you for opening the box of passion
