Okay, story time. I got into anime back in 2022. A whole three years ago and now I've watched way to many shows. But reading Manga, Nah . That was a hard pass for me. It felt boring to me.
The whole concept of manga was a fuss to me. I'll rather watch sick fight scenes in motion than stare at still images on a page. Reading manga seemed to me like getting a PowerPoint summary rather than a movie.
Regardless of my perceptions I tried once. Opened the Jujutsu Kaisen manga after watching the movie, I lasted less than a minute. Nah this ain't it. Don't get me wrong I love the JJK but half then time I was there for the fight the, chaos and Gojo's unbothered swag. The Plot was secondary 馃槀.
Then came Solo leveling, last year everyone was talking about it . I gave it a shot and bored after a couple of episodes and dropped it. But then season two started airing this year and the hype was insane. My timeline exploded with edits, reviews and scenes of Jin-Woo.
So I thought alright fine, let's try it again.
I restarted from season 1 no skips and oh my God when I started watching season 2, I was obsessed, the only annoying part was waiting for a new episode each week. Eventually it ended and I needed more and there was only one solution -Manhwa. I was skeptical about it, like how was it going to hit the same way as the anime. So I got a link to a telegram channel from an Instagram friend where i could get the Manwha in pdf. then I got started, and y'all I was hooked. It wasn't the same as the anime no motion, no sound, no voice acting , but the story, the art, all was still there in freeze time 馃榿 .

Turns out Manga( in this case Manwha ) isnt as boring as I thought it was. Now I'm low-key mad at my self for sleeping on it.
(P.S. found this draft from months ago and decided to finish it)
