Hive Keychain DHF 3 - Weeks 26 & 27

As promised in our proposal, we will post regular updates to let you know what's going on regarding Keychain development.

Mobile App

The work on @arcange's HAS is following its course and the Beta version available for developers now also work with challenge_req operation, that allows dApps to request proof of key ownership through signing a buffer.

We are now working on making HAS production ready. For this, we need to refactor it to handle disconnections and errors, as well as relaunching the connection when the App is reopened. There's still much to be done, but we're working on it ;)

Keychain extension

@cedricguillas is done refactoring the tokens and governance sections of the extension. On my side, I've started preparing dApps requests and already implemented 5 of them. Now that the whole structure is ready, implementing the remaining ones should be relatively fast.

We are still on track to Beta test the refactored extension in the beginning of next year.

To import accounts quickly from your Hive Keychain extension to your mobile App, use the QR Code scanner by pressing the QR code logo:

On your extension, navigate to the menu (top right button), then to Manage Accounts and finally click on Show QR Code.
