As promised in our proposal, we will post weekly updates to let you know what's going on regarding Keychain development.
Apple situation
I´ve just applied for the DUNS number. If all goes well we should receive it within one week. After that, we will need to deal with Apple to transform my developer account into a company account, in order to keep publishing the App. Let's hope this goes fast!
Mobile App
Lots of new requests were included this week, for the dApps to interact with Keychain in our in-App browser:
- Transfer requests
- Witness vote requests
- Proxy selection requests
- Generic broadcasts
- Post requests
There are still a few requests to implement but it's all going smoothly. I just found an issue with the user selection dropdown that I need to fix, but other than that, I have a good hope that this will all be ready by the time we can publish on the Apple Store again.
Download the Apps
- This is a first release and the Application is still in Beta. It has been tested extensively but it should not by any means be the only place you store your keys on.
- To import accounts quickly from your Hive Keychain extension to your mobile App, use the QR Code scanner by pressing the QR code logo:
On your extension, navigate to the menu (top right button), then to Manage Accounts and finally click on Show QR Code.
