It's already 12:00 at night and I'm still doing research a bit of research. I came across some useful resources tonight. Free material is possible to find, and some of the paid courses seem very resourceful.
There are some tools I already have installed in my environment: Python, Anaconda, and Bitcoin.
I need to start installing other libraries like NumPy, SciPy, matplotlib, PyTables. There is more code in a paid bundle on >
The python quants group
Classes here provide a University level certificate. Tomorrow, I will be registering for classes at a community college, so I will evaluate if this bundle is worth buying at the moment.
Here are some solid resources for compiling your own data. Knowledge from constructing an algorithm can be used to interact with exchanges for automatic trading.

I thought these were better resources than one can find in a classroom. It's not the easiest resource to find, but I will try to provide updates in anything useful I find.
A quote describing Python financial tools
This is another source from Jay.
It depicts a closing last dip with the C wave that ends the 5 wave series. If the price dips below $10,400 , the markets will have reached dangerously low levels high speed algorithms traders will sell at. These patterns could suggest a potential selloff and continued loss of value this month. We need to bounce off of approx. between $10,200 -$10,500 to remain a bull market.
Jay is currently working with R , a data programming language, for his continued studies in quantitative analysis at the masters level.
Currently, I am too lazy to set my stop limits. I will check up on the prices tomorrow. I'm against trading frequently in my current state. Python is an open source language with many libraries. My assumption is that if I build an algorithm that fits my personal parameters, it can do all the work for me while I continue to learn more by adjusting fundamental strategies after making mistakes.
I think the resource links I posted above will interest some of you out there who want to integrate programming with financial tools.
