Had a pretty decent day with the family. Got a great cleaning at the dentist's office today. It was excruciatingly painful for my gums which kept on bleeding. I need "to be cleaning my gums at a 45 degree angle." Sounds legit. I guess I will start to do so.
Vietnam-- it's only a week away. Don't know how I feel yet. It's been a year since going overseas but it definitely feels like forever.
It's been over a week since i've had my last puff of a cigarette or weed. I will be quitting for a longer period of time because I do not think I need it to balance my mood anymore. Maybe when things get stressful again, I may kick back to my old habits.
My mind has been in bear mode for the longest time ever. I am not thinking of buying any Bitcoin at these prices. I will prefer to start doing so once I complete my work projects by the end of this year.
It's nice to see the alts showing some signs of life!
