I am visiting my uncle's site one last time before heading off. I still need to complete my background check today to proceed. I visit this site every year with my mom and uncle.
I came by to pick up my 2nd uncle in Cypress. We went to go get flowers across the street, and forgot to grab some incense. We had left some here previously, but it must have been cleaned out by the grave-keepers.
Maybe my goodbye is too soon. I had prayed for good luck on my family's journey since our story is a long and divided one.
In the late 90s, my uncle had wished for his body to be buried back in Vietnam. During this time, America and Vietnam had a strained relationship with no contact until a more open policy began during the Bush administration. He was laid to rest here instead at Forest Lawn of Long Beach.
Soon, I will return to Vietnam again to Ho Chi Minh City. I will aee the countryside and visit some family. I wonder what has changed. I am wondering if I should go to Hanoi as well. I am aware there are many Steem members from the north. I will return to California on the 4th or the 5th to prepare for Florida.
Those bears just sluggin it. I should have gotten more Ethereum Classic since the price is doing well. Fundamentals is very solid with Ethereum moving into PoS.
