My eyes are 'spoiled' by greenery even though the weather is a bit cloudy. The clear and cool river water soothes the soul. The banana and vegetable gardens by the river made me feel good.
Bananas are grown in quite a large number because apart from the fruit, other parts of it are also used, especially the stems, to feed the cows, the leaves are mainly used for environmentally friendly wrapping, and Banana blossom or banana heart is a delicious vegetable.
In that place also planted Asparagus beans (yardlong beans) for vegetables. Yardlong beans are planted in stages so that they can be harvested at any time in rotation. One is being harvested, another will bear fruit, and another, just growing. The continuous rotation of the harvest period can support the farmer household economy.
An eggplant garden there also seems to be harvested in the next few months.
For me, seeing them grow, bear fruit and produce, is already a joy. Watching plants grow from day to day is a pleasure in itself, perhaps, because it is the main characteristic of life. It grows.
