Dear Community, this is my very first post in the most promising contend platform.
I am near my 40thys and I am a nutritionist who believes in KETO and LCHF way of life. This way of eating helps me take maximum of my daily activities and I can say that I have never enjoyed life more.
The clear mind, the high energy levels throughout the entire day (no low moments), the stamina when I play my favourite sport (football), the lack of illnesses and health problems, the lean muscle body are the things which this way of living brought to me and I believe all KETO fallowers.
But I am not here to bring different success stories. I am here to do KETO and LCHF with all of you who want to make a change, who are tired of your current state of mind, health, way of living.
