Silver II acheived

Hello friends🕺,

Thanks for dropping by and here is a summary of my actifit report today.

It is no longer news but it rained again from very early in the morning until later in the afternoon. The rain is causing a lot of flooding around different parts of Lagos and is forcing some people to relocate because they woke up to see water taking over their houses. Some of these houses have water rising up to the window level especially for people that built their houses close to the canals, rivers and ocean area. We want for early morning service and my step count went up while dancing to praise worship songs during the cause of the service.

After coming back from the service I helped wife prepare launch and after that it was battle time at Splinterlands (Steem Monsters). It looks like I am getting a bit good at it. I ended at the Bronze I League yesterday and today after much research and strategic learning I targeted to enter Silver III League which is the first Silver league after the Bronze league.

I figure I had learnt a lot of strategies and needed to do some battles and implement some of my strategies to see If they will work out fine and good enough it was successful. Not 100% though, I still got kicked in the behind by some professionals but I learnt one or two things from them. I take time to watch how the gain played out so that I can learn from my mistakes and make corrections. With the entry into Silver II league it means I'll be getting 15 cards at the end of the season if that's the highest I can get to before the season closes.

I bought the Brilliant Quest Potion for 3,750 DEC and that ensures I earn additional 5 cards for completing my daily Quest. I didn’t hit the Gold jackpot today but hope to get something special before it expires in 5 days time.

I also bought more cards today to solidify my strength in almost all the splinters and hope to buy more cards to help me further advance in the league. I have also entered some tournaments which will kick off early tomorrow. I didn’t do well in the previous two tournaments I entered because the guys they kept matching me with were just too loaded. I think I’ve worked on that area so let’s see how it goes tomorrow.

It is fun playing the Splinterlands games, very entertaining I must say, my son gets excited when we win. The way he shouts YES you’ll think he just hit a jack pot. Lol. Funny thing is he seems to know the powers some of the monster have. For today, I think I’ll show you my last battle as that was almost a loss. My opponent had the guns, poison and all the stuff that should make the other side surrender at this level but man, it was a joyful ending for me. I do hope you find it to be full of suspense as I did. Lease I forget, I did go out on an evening walk to get my count over the 5k mark. Peace.
