Hello friends🕺,
I used public transportation to visit FESTAC Town to visit a client, so I got most of my count during the day hopping from one bus stop to another. The day was extremely sunny and hot, the sun was already out before 8am.
I spent the afternoon doing some supervisory work and teaching too. I tried to take a lot of water but it was as if my body was a basket and each time I took water it soon drains off and I have to go back and take another drink. Thank God the night seems to be a bit cooler.
And before the darkness of the evening I took a walking to help lighten me up after eating the African Salad you see in the cover photo above. It has been a long time since my wife prepared it so it was extra tasty and I probably ate too much. Lol.
I remember this song a lot because back in my Uni days, I preferred reading very late in the night until the early hours of the next day. I remember there was this radio station that plays Aaron Nevilles’ “I bid you goodnight” song before the station closes for the day. Now Radio and TV stations run 247 nonstop. So, rest my friends, for I bid you good night.
