My Actifit Report Card: July 26 2019

Hello friends,

I hope you had or a having a wonderful day today.

I took a walk in the morning but I didn’t complete my target because of the heavy rain that followed, I was however able to get almost 3k before the walk was terminated.

Balancing act

I went to the local market to buy some essential stuff after mid day, I walked most part of the day and took a tricycle ride the other part of my journey. I bought some films for our kid so that he will be having a swell time before he starts his special computer training early August.

I spent a lot of time at the market place than I had anticipated and this meant I did a lot of walking there too, so I was exhausted by the time I got back home. The rest of the day was spent relaxing and watching some of the film I bought with our kid.
