My Actifit Report Card: May 24 2019

Hey Actifitters and Steemians,

I went for an early morning walking exercise and spent about 50 minutes on it. I came back home freshened up and rested a bit. I went visiting a clients but the roads had heavy traffic build up on it and the only option to get where I was going to was using a motor bike we refer to locally as Okada riders.

I went for an evening walk to help straighten me up after the long Okada ride. Lol. Dinner today was bean cake plus fried yam plus custard, something light. That is it my people. Good night.

Pictures are from my visit to Alaba International market some days ago, batteries seem to be the key player why I didn’t get any today pictures today. Lol.

My song today is a repeat of yesterday Luck Dube titled “I Am A Prisoner”. Hope you guys will like.
