Hey Actifitters and Steemians,
The alarm woke me up but I still felt I needed to get at least 30 minutes of extra sleep, you know how it is, I think the stress of yesterday just had its’ toll on me. If not for an appointment at the office today, I would have gone back to bed. Lol.
Went with public transport to the office, using public transport means I am able to do some steem commenting, upvoting and follow up using Partiko and it also gave me some count but I was far off from the target. During the lunch break I walked to the bank to get some pepper (money) for the week end and from there I went for lunch at Damino’s Pizza.
On my way back to the office there is this roadside garden I’ve been meaning to take a picture of but it is either I forget to do it when I am passing there or I remember it when I’ve gone far past it, but today I remembered. When going past the place you the smell of sweet fragrance of different flowers fill the air. The flowers are planted inside sack bags filled with manure and soil so that buyers can just cut off the sack and plant the flower with the content in tact when they get home.
Got home had my bath and dinner and the hit the road for an evening walk. Some local cart pushers are causing a dump mess in some areas thanks to us. Not me though, I am into recycling. Some people don’t want to pay the government waste disposal trucks because they believe they are expensive, instead they pay some of these local truck pushers who carry their waste and go and dump it by the road side. Talk of indiscipline. This is really very unhygienic and they do this when government offices have closed for the day.
People need to show love to other people, dumping of refuse this way can be a danger to everybody living in that community. They need to care how these wastes are been disposed. That you got rid of your waste doesn’t mean you are free but a bigger epidemic might be waiting for you.
Talking about showing love, I am tempted to ask where is the love and which group best deliver this message if not the Black Eyed Peas. Hope you dig it.
