Hey Actifitters and Steemians,
I honestly didn’t do so much of what you would call active activities today because of so much office activities. Lol. Most of the day was spent on my lappy, got up a few time to stretch and use the gents and that was it.
I got home so tired and discovered I had only 3k plus on my count. After bathing and eating I went round the building until I got the score I am posting now. Lol.
If you’re on actifit and haven’t been receiving my upvote you can please mention that at the comment section and I’ll add you to my list, it may not be so much but like you know on Steem, every cent adds up. You have to however try to engage with other members as your comments and actions can be a source of encouragement for others to continue to be active.
