I used to Bike commute a lot but had to retire from cycling 6 years ago following busting my shoulder accompanied with a minor concussion. I miss it. Wearing out three bikes over 12 years and a promise to my best friend to get myself a car to commute. At my age, I really should have switched to recreational cycling.
I bet that I get short of breath pushing my old bike uphill.
